Abia State Government has announced that it is organizing an Aba Business and Leadership Summit with the theme “TRANSFERRING TESTED AND PROVEN BUSINESS MODELS TO THE NEXT GENERATION” slated for May 26 and 27, 2021 at Aba Sports Club, Aba, Abia State.

“We all know that Aba is the Hall of business in West Africa, it is also the business headquarters in West Africa which is undisputable. Over the years there are businesses we heard off in the past that we no longer hear about them today and the question becomes why. Why does somebody set up a business, run the business during his lifetime and as soon as a person dies the business collapses and folds away, there is no continuity?
We just have few businesses that have survived after their business owners have passed away striving to succeed. So, we want to have a conversation in that aspect as to understand and know those factors that leads to businesses not to surviving after their owners have passed away. We want to address those factors that does not account for sustainable business practices,” he said.
