IKPEAZU CONDOLES OSUJI OVER THE DEATH OF HIS WIFE

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has expressed grief over the death of the wife of the State Commissioner for Health Dr. Jonathan Osuji, Ezinne Elizabeth Akunnaya Osuji describing it as a major setback to the life of Dr. Osuji having lost his biggest confidant and partner.

In a release by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Onyebuchi Ememanka, the Governor described the late woman as a lady of valor, courage and strength whose lifetime was devoted to the pursuit of the welfare of people around her and recalled with gratitude, the support she provided to her husband in the discharge of his duties to the Government and people of Abia State as Commissioner for Health.

According to the releas, “Governor Ikpeazu, on behalf of his family, Government and people of Abia State, prays the good Lord to comfort the Honorable Commissioner and his family over this irreparable loss and for the repose of her gentle soul.”

Meanwhile, ABIA ONLINE can report tha the burial of the late Ezinne Osuji who was aged 58 will take place at her husband’s compound, Umuofor, Egbu Autonomous Community, Owerri North LGA on Saturday, January 25th, 2020 after a funeral service by the Jehovah Jireh Anglican Church Egbu Owerri.
