The Secretary to Abia State Government and Chairman, Abia State Covid-19 Committee, Barr. Chris Ezem, has dissolved the Enforcement Taskforce Team for Aba Zone with immediate effect.
The Secretary to Abia State Government and Chairman, Abia State Covid -19 Committee, Barr. Chris Ezem, in a statement announced the reconstitution of a new team with Dr. Solomon Ogunji as Chairman.
The statement names other members of the team to include: Dr. Cosmos Ndukwe, Barr. Ekele Nwaohamuo, Bright Chinedu Ikeokwu and the Transition Committee Chairmen of Aba North, Aba South, Ugwunagbo, Osisioma Ngwa and Obingwa.
The statement charged the team to with the mandate of enforcing in totality, the lockdown order in Aba, and ensure full compliance to the dusk to dawn curfew directive as well as to work in collaboration with the Mobile Court in Aba jurisdiction.
