ICPC BOSS ENDORSES ABA-MADE PRODUCTS, TASKS YOUTHS ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP.

The Chairman, Independent Corrupt Practice and other related offences Commission(ICPC), Barr. Ekpo Nta has commended the Aba-made products, saying that they are of good quality.
The ICPC boss was speaking at Umuahia during Abia State Anti-corruption Summit.
Barr. Ekpo challenged young people to start the business of exporting the Aba-made shoes and bags or leverage on the opportunity provided by the State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu to bring out their ingenuity by learning how to make them and other skills too. He regretted that lack of skills have made many Nigerian youths to leave the shores of the country to other countries where their corrupt activities draw Nigeria’s image to the mud.
The ICPC encouraged students and young people to know the consequences of involving in corrupt practices so as to avoid it.
Nta, who urged parents, teachers and government authorities to join the Federal government and Abia State in fighting corruption appreciated Abia State government for passing into law, anti-corruption related bills, maintaining that it will help the fight against corruption.
Responding, the Deputy Governor of the State, Sir. Ude Okochukwu thanked the ICPC Chairman, Barr. Ekpo Nta for bringing the summit to the State.
The Deputy Governor used the opportunity to announce that the State will establish an anti-corruption commission, promising that Abia will do her best to minimize corruption.
