The Night of Tributes was followed by an electrifying Live Concert, which was a true reflection of the desire of Chief Eric Opah “Oke Oji Abia” to celebrate the life of his father.
It was a far cry from the usual burial around the blocks, attended by a galaxy of gospel artists, actors, musicians, and choral groups, religious groups, social organizations, friends, and business associates.
The Dj was on a high.
It was high-spirited and graced with the presence of the finest Gospel artists, entertainers, politicians, and Nollywood’s finest such as Nkem Owoh(OSofia), MC Chief Imo, Adaeze Iroegbu Mercy Chinwo, Chioma Jesus, Ejima Chijoke Osadebe, Ben Onyemmelite and his Millennium Sound Makers Band International, Ababana Mega Band International, African Trumpet Band, Abia Real Brass Band, Westley Cathedral Choir Umuahia, St George’s Cathedral Choir, Nbawsi, ABZ Int’l, Evang. Osy Osina, Paul Nwokocha, Isreal Anyanele, Kaches Band, and Xlly Camp Music.
What else could have been more fulfilling?
Barr. Igwe, representing Abia State House of Assembly. The sons of the land graced the event with their presence. And finally, the life of Late Nze Joseph Azubike Opah was indeed celebrated.
