When will ACCIMA refurbish Enyimba hotels in Aba?

Aba Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture( ACCIMA) is yet to fulfil the promise of reconstructing Enyimba International hotel after they took over the ownership and management.
The 5 Star Enyimba International Hotel was built in 1979 by the former Governor of Old Imo State, Chief Sam Mbakwe was acquired by Abia State Government in 1991 when the State was created.

It was the Former Governor of Abia StateChief Orji Uzor Kalu (OUK) that sold the property to ACCIMA at #16 million, while he was selling other State properties to individuals and groups.
ACCIMA had since promised to refurbish the hotel after they took over.
The Aba Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, has been unable to complete it.
In 2016, ACCIMA signed an agreement handing over the hotel to Swiss International to complete and manage the facility.
ACCIMA was quick to invite the Governor of Abia State, Dr.Okezie Ikpeazu to Flagg off the project reconstruction.
Until now, Some parts of the uncompleted buildings have been taken over by weeds while miscreants appeared to have returned to the uncompleted buildings where they were sacked from.
The question on everybody’s lip is why ACCIMA is yet to hand over the hotel back to the State Government since they have not shown any seriousness in the handling of the project.
