Abia state is so lucky to have a leader at this point in time who understands the nitty gritty of leadership and selfless service. I have seen a man in Governor Okezie Ikpeazu who is passionate and empathetic about his people.
Yesterday, visit of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu to Port Harcourt Road, Aba in company of the Honorable Commissioner for Works, Hon. Eziuche Ubani, speaks volumes of were this administration is tilting to, nay leaving an unsurpassed infrastructural legacy in Abia state.
Speaking, Governor Ikpeazu, assured that Setraco construction company will move to the road in few weeks time. He maintained that Abia won’t wait for the Federal government to fix the road, because Abians have suffered a lot because of the deplorable nature of the road.
It was glaring and gruesome, the economic setbacks bad roads brought to Aba, and Abia State generally, before the arrival of the Governor Ikpeazu and his action packed team.
It is incontestable that things have started taking a different shape, investors cum investments are finding their way back to the shores of Abia State occasioned by the right signals from the stable of the Governor Ikpeazu’s administration.
Gone are those days when Abians were uncertain about the future of our dear State. Actions, now are speaking louder than voice, what marvels me is the speed the Governor employs in fixing Abia’s problem. He just wants everything done in one fell swoop.
Port Harcourt road dwellers are happy, Abians are fulfilled and elated with the happenings in the state. The voice of the people is certainly the voice of God
I rest my case.
