Chief of Staff to the Governor of Abia State, Dr. ACB Agbazuere has commended the ingenuity of the Nigerian youths describing it as can-do spirit.
Dr. Agbazuere said this at Government House Umuahia when he inspected the hands-free washing machines for sanitising and washing hands fabricated and donated to the State Government in support of the fight against COVID -19.
He said noted that, given a conducive atmosphere and more support, Nigerian youths would compete favourable with their counterparts in other climes.
Earlier, the Permanent Secretary, Government House, Umuahia, Mr. Alozie Odoemelam, who presented the machine to the COS, led him through the stages of the usage from the picking the soap to washing hands to drying the hands and applying the hand sanitizer.
ABIA ONLINE reports that the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media and Publicity, Mr. Ubani Newman Ubani witnessed the presentation.
