Senator Ahmed Ibrahim Lawal, Tuesday was declared winner of the election to the office of the Senate President of the 9th National Assembly.
Lawan polled 79 votes against Ndume who polled 28 votes.
it would be recalled that Lawan contested with Senator Ali Ndume.
