Must Sampson Oga Lawani, Dr Chris Adighije, Senator Nkechi Nworgu, Barr Emeka Wogu And Others Of APC Curse Vice President Yemi Osibanjo?:

A worthy Brother Knight, though of the Catholic while I am of the Anglican; Sir Greg Esotu, had sent me an invitation yesterday, wishing I come and help address a Coalition of Non-Indigeneous Peoples of Abia State, resident at Aba, preparatory to next Saturday’s Presidential and National Assembly elections.
As at the time of receipt of that invite, I was not sure I would honour it, even though naturally I cherish honouring such requests. After all, not every body would be considered fit and proper to be so invited.
However, about 2 pm today, Sir Esotu sent me a reminder. I quickly put a call across to him and we had a conditional mutual agreement.
I, thereafter, set out for Aba, specifically Golf Section of Aba Sports Club 1926, not minding my challenges.
At the point of my entry into Golf Section of the Club, I met Onyebuchi Ememanka, Esq, who had finished addressing the Coalition.
After a brief introduction and exchange of pleasantries and standing on a foundation already laid by the duo of Sir Esotu and my very good friend; Chief J C Mbonu, I was privileged to address the highly enlightened audience.
I spoke to them on the imperatives of voting out President Muhammadu Buhari and his APC next Saturday. I told them that economically that Buhari has abysmally failed the nation, as Nigeria has been irresponsibly forced to be the world’s capital of poverty. I illustrated my point by reminding them of what happens at Abuja. There, if one goes to Hausa people that sell tea, bread and other items for breakfast, they will ask if the customer wants “Buari’ or ‘Jonathan’. If the choice is Buhari, they would only offer a cup of Lipton tea with a small loaf of bread, with neither milk nor egg. On the other hand, if the request is Jonathan, apart from the Lipton tea and bread, the dish would be laced with milk and even fried eggs.
On security, Nigerians have been subjected to the worst case scenario. Nigerians are brutally murdered by Fulani herdsmen, without any attention drawn from President Buhari and his APC. I reminded them it is a daily occurrence.
Under President Buhari, I went on to say, Nigeria has witnessed the most self-inflicting form of official corruption. The only qualification for a corrupt official to turn a saint is mere membership of APC.
I spoke at length and the audience was electrified with my pyrotechnical prowess. I implored them to go all out and vote for Atiku Abubakar/Peter Obi and all PDP National Assembly candidates in next Saturday’s elections. I did not forget to remind them of using their index finger for voting.
After my discourse at the Golf Section, as a Member of Aba Sports Club 1926, I moved to another section of the Club, Bus Stop.
Let me not fail to state that when I got to the Club initially, I had observed a large crowd of people in and around the Club. Many young men came and greeted me. On inquiry, they told me that they are beneficiaries of N-Power programme and had been directed by APC in the State to come and receive Vice President Yemi Osibanjo, who the leaders of the Party had claimed would be in the State. They told their presence was made mandatory as failure would mean their being delisted from the programme. APC!
So, when I was at Bus Stop, I noticed that many APC leaders were in the Club’s Hall, expecting the Vice President.
It was at the Bus Stop that my friend, Chief Chinwe Nwanganga, met me. By my time check, it was about 5.30 pm. Satirically, he asked me if the Vice President would still come. I could only resort to use of body language. We laughed in derision. He left before me, but not without taking care of my bill.
While I was still at the Bus Stop, I observed a sudden mono-directional movement. Many people outside the Club’s Hall started surging towards the Hall. It was then that I learnt that a factional gubernatorial candidate of the Party in the State; Sampson Ogah Lawani had gone into the Hall to address the crowd, sadly in place of Vice President Osibanjo.
Not up to twenty minutes later, every body started deserting the Hall. At that point, It was about 6pm and I had started leaving the Bus Stop.
Coincidentally, I ran into Sampson Ogah Lawani, Emeka Wogu, Nkechi Nworgu, Chris Adighije and others. They were full of altercations, uncordinated complaints and murmurs.
They said the Vice President deliberately decided to subject them to ridicule by refusing to come and address them. One of them openly lamented that if the appointment were with the State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, the Vice President would gladly have been in Abia. It was at that point that Dr Chris Adighije cautioned Sampson Ogah Lawani to stop complaining openly against the Vice President.
It was at that point that I exchanged pleasantries with both Barr Emeka Wogu and Dr Chris Adighije.
As I was leaving the Club premises, I shook my head and said, ‘these people do not read, understand and decipher signs’. I wish they would approach Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, through Dr Ike Onyenweaku, for free tutorials on Ikota Sign.
