GOVERNOR IKPEAZU INSPECTS PH ROAD, ASSURES ITS COMPLETION IN RECORD TIME
Abia Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu has
assured that he would complete the ongoing Port Harcourt road in Aba in record time.
The Governor gave the assurance while inspecting the progress of work at the Portharcourt road Aba, a Federal road he has embarked on. Governor Ikpeazu said, against the thinking and propaganda of the opposition in the State, he would not slow down but would be more fast in fixing the roads and other projects in the State.
He described the road as one of his flagship projects, saying that delivering it on time, would put a lie to those who thought that he was going to slow down the speed of work in the State.
The Governor, who said that the road is strategic and of great economic importance to the State, especially as the ~the~ Industrial cluster is located in that axis, added that he embarked on the road project to uplift the lives of Abia people. He appreciated Abia people and residents for the renewed confidence reposed in him and assured that he will not disappoint the people of the State. He equally thanked the contractor handling the project for the quality of work being done at the site.
