GOVERNOR IKPEAZU RECEIVES PARTY FLAG
The PDP National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus has presented the party’s governorship flag to the Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu.
Speaking at the PDP South East rally held at the Dan Anyiam Stadium Owerri, the National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus said PDP is the only party that has the capacity to salvage Nigeria from its predicaments caused by the APC administration.
He said that APC has impoverished Nigerians and assured that a vote for PDP would change the narratives in Nigeria.
In his speech, the Presidential candidate of the PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar said he would ensure equitable distribution of resources to all Nigerians. Alhaji Abubakar made it known that he would create conducive business environment and job opportunities to restore Nigeria’s economy.
Speaking on behalf of other governorship candidates in the South East, Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State assured Alhaji Abubakar and other Nigerians that the South East zone will support the candidature of Atiku/Obi and will make sure that victory is secured by PDP in all the elections.
The event attracted many dignitaries including the Senate President and his Deputy, Dr. Bukola Saraki & Prof. Ike Ekweremadu, PDP Vice Presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, PDP chieftains from the South East among others.
