Hours into viewing the CCTV footage from the Lekki Toll Gate, many of the viewers have fallen asleep from boredom.
Correspondents at the viewing reports that others have walked out of the viewing room and are chatting in corridors.
The panel insisted on viewing the video from the early hours of Tuesday October 20, the date of the Lekki shootings.
