In today’s world, that has been renewed agitation for youths to take over or play significant role in the theater of leadership with bubbling energy and vigor. With germane reasons, that includes that they are in tune with needs and demands of the time.
In that case, there is also need to emphasize on the quality of youths, hence the youths been canvassed for, ideally should have been exposed to good parental and educational upbringing and socialization so at to match-make with the demands of the 21st century and aspirations of the teeming populace.
Be that as it may, the western world have queued into the vision as countries like Canada, France, etc have youthful presidents whose performances so far has been adjudged credible. Nigeria has a high youthful population which, if well managed will be a springboard for the sort-after industrialization and Socio-Economic stability. But these cannot be achieved by a mere lip-service, rather conscious and conscientious approach should be deployed in preparing our youths to meet the tasks ahead.
For instance, the educational institutions should be reformed and stabilized to enable it adequately groom our teenagers for an eventful youth life and outing. Furthermore, an enabling environment should be in place to give the youth the leap to excel as the micro-economic environment as well is highly contributory to the Socio-Economic activities of which the youths dominates.

There are varied youth programmes in the pipeline targeted at bettering the lots of Youths coupled with the favourable economic and Agro-Friendly policies of the government, therefore, there is no controversy to the fact that this administration is making Abia youths self reliant.
