Ugwunagbo, one of the 9 local governments in Ukwa Ngwa of Abia state, with an estimated population of 120,000 people, is a local government solely dependent on farming.
As one of those areas that supplies farm products to Aba and environs, Ugwunagbo people are highly industrious and productive with farm produce like yam, maize, cocoa, palm oil and others.
Ugwunagbo also have little deposit of crude oil which can be found in Obuzo.
Its largest communities include Obegu, Ngwayiekwe, Ihie, Asa-Umunka.
Today (Yesterday), this great people of the great Ukwa Ngwa extract are set to receive the scholar in governance, the performing Governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, and show their unalloyed support for his reelection bid.
I can assure you that they have their PVCs in 100% readiness for a final endorsement of their support at the polls come March 2019.
