The National President and Members of the National Council of Abia State National Association of North America (ASNANA), has felicitated the Government and people of Abia State on this year’s Easter celebrations.
A release signed by the Public Media Officer, Mrs. Joy Wokocha who doubles as Special Adviser to the Governor of Abia State on Human Capacity Development encouraged everyone to take time off to enjoy the season of Easter in spite of the challenging issues of the COVID 19.
The release observed that a believe in the crucification and resurrection of Jesus Christ brings back reassurances of the protection and unconditional love of Jesus Christ, praying that this holiday will bring “unspeakable joy, peace, and hope knowing that you’re not alone in all of this.”
“We’re wishing a very Happy Easter to you and your family. May you continue to keep faith as you continue to take the necessary precautions to preserve your life and that of your loved ones. Please make time to touch base with your family members back home in Nigeria and instruct / encourage them to adhere to the social distancing and social isolation guidelines. Because it would help to save their lives and other family members,” the release said.
