Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has approved the inauguration of a Judicial Panel of Inquiry to investigate allegations of extra-judicial killings and brutality by security agents in the state.
The Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu, in a release, said Retired Justice S N Imo will serve as Chairman of the panel and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice as Secretary, with Nwakanma John, Daniel Chinagozi, Ariwa Zuby, Eric Ikwuagwu, Bishop Sunday Onuoha, Comrade John Emejor, Comrade Nnanna Nwafor, Mrs Doris Ogala, as members.
