Breaking News: Appeal Court Validates Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe’s Election. In the early hours of today, the court of Appeal sitting in Owerri, Imo State upheld the election of Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe of APGA as the authentic winner of the 2023 National Assembly election for Abia South Senatorial District. The Appeal court noted that the petition filed by Mr Chinedu Onyeizu of Labour Party contravened paragraph 18 of the 1st schedule of the Electoral Act 2022.
