The member representing Umuahia South Constituency in Abia State House of Assembly, Chief Jerry Uzosike has lauded the publisher of ABIA ONLINE and his team for their work in promoting the cause of governance in Abia State through thorough and prompt reportages of events as they unfold.
Chief Uzosike who made his feelings known when ABIA ONLINE Team, led by it’s publisher Mr. Ubani Newman Ubani (UNU), paid him a condolence visit in his home town, noted that the effort in the projecting administration of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has made ABIA ONLINE the number one authoritative online medium in Abia State.
He noted that ABIA ONLINE, the administration of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has received a wider coverage and called on Mr. Ubani to keep up the good work.
The lawmaker, who recently buried his mother, Late Henrietta Uzosike, thanked those whose contributions made the burial of his mother a success including the State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, Senator T. A. Orji, the speaker of the State Assembly, Rt Hon. Chinedum Orji and all the members of the State House of Assembly among others.
Speaking earlier, the publisher, ABIA ONLINE and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media and Publicity, Mr. Ubani Newman Ubani said that he was in his house to commiserate with Barr. Uzosike on the loss of his dear mother, explaining that he was away during the burial.
While urging him to bear the lost with fortitude, Mr. Ubani also encouraged him to take solace in the fact that his late mother lived above the biblical seventy years age with visible legacies.
