The Chief Press Secretary to the Abia State Governor, Chief Onyebuchi Ememanka and his family have held a special thanksgiving service in appreciation of God for all He had done for them.
Speaking at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Umuocham, Aba, Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu commended his Chief Press Secretary for building a robust relationship between the State government and the media. He said that since Chief Ememanka was appointed as the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, the relationship with the press has improved.
Represented by his Deputy, Sir Ude Oko Chukwu, Governor Ikpeazu congratulated Chief Onyebuchi Ememanka and family on the success of their special thanksgiving service. He told the Anglican Church Chief Ememanka is a worthy ambassador of the Church.
Governor Ikpeazu lauded the church for her prayers for to the government. He charged the church not to relent in praying for the government, emphasizing that his government depends on prayers.
The Arch Bishop of Aba province, Isaac Nwaobia and Arch Bishop emeritus, Ugochukwu Uwaoma Ezeoke took time to pray for and bless Chief Onyebuchi Ememanka, who they said has touched lives of many in the Anglican Communion.
Delivering his sermon on the topic Dare To Be Like Daniel, Venerable (Dr.) Udo Obioma charged people to be like Daniel who dared to do the will of God Almighty
He called on believers in Christ to maintain good character which they were known for even before they get positions of authorities. The man of God extolled the sterling qualities of Chief Ememanka and stated that he is a man every Government would want to work with and pray for more Daniels in this present age.
The celebrant and CPS to the Governor, Chief Onyebuchi Ememanka took to songs in praises of God Almighty for all that He has done for and his family.
The Wife of the Governor, Mrs. Nkechi Ikpeazu, Secretary to State government, Commissioners, T.C Chairmen, Arch Bishops and Bishops, party chieftains, stakeholders, press men and other graced the occasion.
