State Associations in Abia State have been invited to the food bank of the inter ministerial committee on COVID-19 located at the Office of Wife of the Governor, Government House, Umuahia, to collect palliative items for the needy and vulnerable members of their communities.
Chief John Okiyi Kalu, Abia State Commissioner for Information, in a statement, put the date on Friday, 1st May, 2020 by 10.30 am while listing those invited to include: Ebonyi Peoples’ Assembly, Anambra State Town Unions Association, Association of Imo Town Unions, Enugu State Consultative Forum, Akwa Ibom Indigenous Association.
