The massive road constructions of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu’s administration, otherwise known as caterpillar revolution, has not only been felt in the major towns and cities of Aba Umuahia, but also in the rural areas.
One peculiar thing about it is that Ikpeazu will always identify and construct those link roads to major economic zones of Abia State. One of such roads is the Osokwa-Aro, Umuejie-Omoba road in Osisioma LGA.
Investigation by ABIA ONLINE on the road indicates that the road was not only in a deplorable state before the construction but has never been constructed since the creation of the earth until Dr. Ikpeazu decided to intervene.
The Village Head of Umuejie Community, Ihunanya John and other respondents from the community could not hide their excitements.
They are full of praise for Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, maintaining that no other Governor in the history of Abia State has achieved such a feat as Dr. Ikpeazu. The Osokwa-Aro Umuejie-Omoba road is almost completed as the administration is doing more roads in the State.
