Senegal Welcomes New Era: Faye Sworn in as President, Appoints Opposition Leader as Prime Minister

Dakar, Senegal – In an unprecedented move that marks a significant shift in Senegal’s political climate, the newly sworn-in President of Senegal, at the age of 44, has named the prominent opposition figure Ousmane Sonko as the Prime Minister.
