The Dirty Port Harcourt Road

Those working for Governor Ikpeazu are aware PH road is dirty. At least, friends elsewhere have acknowledged that Dr.Ikpeazu runs a transparent and truthful government. Who wouldn’t know. What we only asked for was time and patience. While pictures of PH road was flying up and down on Facebook, I was busy listening to Dr.Ikpeazu each time he makes reference to people living there and how important that road is to his administration. To some persons, he was not doing enough but to some of us that are privileged to listen to him, he was loosing more than those bringing the pictures from the comfort of their homes in Lagos and Abuja. Abians and non Abians have suffered for years at PH road. Businesses locked down for years. At last, solution has come. That is the most important thing. I like Abia State. People ask questions and get answers. They seek clarification and get it . While they used PH road to play media politics, Dr.Ikpeazu was putting together some fund to mobilize Setraco to the road. Today, the journey to realize the first ever 6 lane road in Abia just began. People will shout, some will wish it fails , some will pray for this govt, some will laugh ….There are all within their understanding to do either of those. At the end, businesses will open, residents will be happy again .Our IGR will improve and road users will save costs.
