TRACK CARE GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD : MANAGEMENT STATUS.
Following recent inquiries on the membership of the management and board of the Track Care Global Construction Company Nig. Ltd and erroneous suggestions making rounds in the social media and gossip mills across the state linking the Speeaker of Abia State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Engr Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji (Ikukuoma – Abia) as the alter ego of the company we wish to make the following clarifications:
1. That Track Care Global Construction Company Nig. Ltd is an indigenous construction firm with interest in road construction and operates independently without vestiges whatsoever.
2. That Track Care Global Construction Company Nig. Ltd is owned and operated by a board of incorporated directors, which the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly or any government agents whatsoever does not belong.
3. That Track Care Global Construction Company Nig. Ltd is run by a team of competent Engineers and work force with relevant training in civil and road construction engineering led and administered by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the firm Mr. Iheoma Timothy.
4. That Track Care Global Construction Company Nig. Ltd is not under any third party partnership with the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly or any of his agents or assigns whatsoever neither is any body under the recommendation or directives of the Honourable Speaker employed or retained in the company for any services.
5. That Track Care Global Construction Company Nig. Ltd bids for contracts on it’s own following rigouros procurement procedures without default and at no time have the firm given any kick backs to the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly or any government agent for that matter.
6. That company by this publication advices members of the public to be weary of rumour mongers and disregard any insinuations suggesting the company to be an appendage of the Rt. Hon. Speaker.
7. The company further wishes to assure Abians and all Nigerians residing where the company is undertaking its construction activities especially those living and doing business along Old Ururuka road and Aba-Owerri Road of the speedy completion of quality job which will be delivered on record time as we have always done.
This clarifications puts to rest all errors and misconceptions about the relationship of the Rt. Hon. Speaker and the management of Track Care Global Construction Company Nig. Ltd.
