Details of the framework for achieving the desired economic growth and economic development of the State is set-forth in this Economic Development Blueprint. Focus is on specific sectors through which this growth and development will be attained riding on the comparative advantages of the State.
The Vision and Mission for the State are “to be the premier destination in Nigeria, West and Central Africa; for investors, shoppers, workers and tourists” and “to uplift the lives of Nde Abia” respectively. This provides a general outlook on the purpose of this plan.
