ABIA STATE ESTATES DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (ABSEDA) has been doing great in Abia State. The agency inherited backlog of Salaries but today, the story has changed.
Its not all about Governor Ikpeazu, other agencies of the Government have gone ahead to make marks in villages, communities etc with developmental strides.
The agency is presently grading roads in Aba and umuahia while maintaining other roads for easy access.

Kudos to the General Manager Mr Okechukwu Ndukwe who is working tirelessly to fix some of the rural roads.
Apart from grading of roads to create access to some areas, the agency is also acquiring and developing estates in Abia State.
LIST OF PLACES WORK IS GOING ON INCLUDES
1. Nsukwe Ubakala Housing Estate in front t of NTA Umuahia.
2. Umuderevo Housing Estate, Old Umuahia, behind federal girls college.
3. Umuobia/Avonkwu Housing Estate, Umuobia
4. Amuzukwu/Umueze Housing Estate, Amuzukwu Umuahia.
These are the four newly acquired sites that work is currently ongoing
