GOVERNOR IKPEAZU CONDOLES WITH AIDE OVER FATHER’S DEMISE

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu has condoled with his Special Adviser on Social Investment & Job Creation, Mr. Chinenye Nwogu over the demise of his dear father, Late Elder Benson Azubuike Nwogu who died at the age of 86 years.

 
The Governor was speaking at his residence when he paid a condolence visit on the family as the body of the deceased was lowered to mother Earth at his Umuelemoha Nbawsi country home. He urged the family of the deceased to always remember the place of God in all they do.
The Governor particularly urged him – Mr Chinenye Nwogu and the lager Nwogu family to uphold those qualities that their late father was known for and prayed God to grant the soul of the deceased a peaceful repose.
Dr. Ikpeazu described late Elder Benson Azubuike Nwogu as a disciplinarian and well-known teacher, who would be remembered by the wealth of knowledge he impacted on those who came across him.
In a response, the chief mourner, Mr. Nwogu said their late father impacted virtues of hard work and can-do spirit in them. He regreted that they would miss the fatherly role which their father had played.
Mr. Nwogu thanked the Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu and all the diginitaries that came to identify with them in their moment of grief and asked God to bless them.
