IKPEAZU IS IN THE BEST PLACE TO MOVE ABIA STATE FORWARD – IDIMA (U.S BASED ABIAN)

Former PPA Isuikwuato/Umunneochi federal house of representative contestant, Mr Emmanuel Idima has called on Ndi Isuikwuato and Abians in general to support Governor Okezie Ikpeazu’s reelection bid.
Mr. Idima resolved to support Gov. Ikpeazu’s reelection bid after the Town Hall meeting addressed by Gov. Ikpeazu recently in Washington U.S.
Mr. Emmanuel Idima who is an established criminologist based in United States, Vice President of Abia Association NY chapter and a stakeholder in Isuikwuato PDP, stated that he was convinced with the presentations made by Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu and he believes that Ikpeazu will do better if offered a second chance to finish projects he has started.
Based on Abia Facts Newspaper interaction with Idima, he revealed that he was opportune to have a private chat with Gov. Ikpeazu where he stressed the need for the governor to prioritize salary payment which is an enabler for commercial activities and economic growth.
He revealed that Gov. Ikpeazu assured him that salary issues and backlog will soon be a forgotten story as he was planning to deal with it very soon.
He also revealed that the governor made it clear that his reelection will enable him finish most of the projects he started both in Aba and other local government areas in Abia State which will help better the infrastructure level of the state and likewise boost investment.
Idima had this to say; “I think Gov. Ikpeazu is moving in the right direction, he is very articulate, calculative and has the needed knowledge to move the state forward and I wish Ndi Isuikwuato and Abians will support him to achieve the infrastructural target he has for Aba and Abia State in general” he said.
“For 2019, I am convinced, so he has my support and I will work to see that he is reelected. My major concern is about Isuikwuato LGA which seems to be backward in terms of development, but I am sure the governor will address these issues soon. The governor also assured me with Mrs. Ezidimma of Umuemok, Umuobiala also based in U.S that our General Hospital in Isuikwuato will be fixed under an effective community management arrangement” Idima concluded.
