The people of Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area today benefited from the on ongoing Community Medical Outreach of the EACH ONE AID ONE FOUNDATION.
Addressing the gathering, one of the Directors of the Foundation, Barr. Eze Onwuma stated that the interest of the Foundation President, Engr. Enyinnaya Chima Nwafor is to reach as many people as possible, both indigenes and residents of Abia State, especially people with needs who equally could not help themselves.
Barr. Onwuma noted that the Foundation came with a team made up of Medical doctors, Optometrists Dentists and Nurses with the intention to meet all kinds of medical needs of the people in the rural communities including providing them other aids such food items and clothing.
He charged them to conduct themselves in an orderly manner so as to enable them get those things without issues.
In an interview, some of the notable persons from the area, who came to show solidarity and benefit from the aid including Hon Chief Rowland Amadiuwa and Chief Chijioke Akanwa observed that EACH ONE AID ONE FOUNDATION has an exceptional package different from other Outreaches they have attended.
While lauding the kindheartedness of Engr. Nwafor through this Foundation, they opined that if other previlaged individuals in the society should extend such hand of fellowship to the people around, the society would be a much better place to live.
On her part, a volunteer, Barr. Chidinma Uwa, who noted that she was part of the Foundation so as to contribute her quota to alleviating the plights of the less opportuned. Barr Uwa described the programme being carried out by the Foundation as the first of its kind as regards their well organized and structured route of meeting people’s needs.
Many beneficiaries, who were all smiles as they got their medical assistance and gift items, said they had not seen anything like that in their many years of existence.
All the beneficiaries including, Mrs. Josephine Nwanokuru, Mrs. Chinyere Onuoha, Mrs Comfort Samuel Onwuasoanya (a widow), Mr. Kingsley Osuji, Mrs Chinyere Ihemanma, Mrs Cecilia Uzoagwa and others not mentioned here showered encoumium on EACH ONE AID ONE FOUNDATION and the founder for remembering them at this time of the year.
