The Traffic and Indiscipline Management Agency of Abia State (TIMAAS) said it would commence Enforcement of the following traffic offences beginning from 16th of December 2019.
* Non use of vehicle seat belts while driving.
* Use of mobile phones while driving.

* Carrying of toddlers or under aged children in front seats of a vehicle.
* Blocking of traffic right of way by motorists.
In a release, TIMAAS advised the general public and motorists to comply strictly to this notice as offenders will be dealt with accordingly by traffic laws of the State.
