Pathetic show of Shame in Togo
The story behind this video is that a Nigerian had issues with his girlfriend in Lomé, Togo and she invited hoodlums to come and deal with the Nigerian.
The Nigerian lover man managed to run away from the scene but the gang of hoodlums proceeded to hunt down all the male Nigerians in the house, batter and tried to set them ablaze using car tyres.
All the while no help came from Togolese security agents even as the innocent boys were burning. The hoodlums later invaded a popular Nigerian market and attacked the traders, wounding many Nigerians and looted their shops before security men showed up.
Since this happened I have not read anything from the Nigerian authorities including the embassy and foreign affairs ministry. Meanwhile we continue to fund ECOWAS as a regional body.
