Owerri road was a nightmare to residents and commuter before 2015. The residents of the area usually park their vehicles along Okigwe road and Ekenna because there was no way they could drive home without the swamp their road turned into trapping their vehicles.

Then came the Dr Okezie’s caterpillar touch in 2015. The story changed. It became the first road Abia used cement technology to construct with an overlay of asphalt. It has drainage on both sides and the road has knocked three yeas plus but still looks like one constructed last month.
Okezie have done a lot in road infrastructure but can do more.
